This project will take students through the process of building a robotic arm! The PhaseDock robotic arm workbench represents the same technology used today in medicine, manufacturing, logistics and security (and much more) - reproduced at a scale that fits comfortably on your desk. In this project, students will learn what exactly defines a robot, along with the uses for (and limitations of) robotic technology. Students will take direct control of their robotic arm and learn how to write programs that allow the arm to do useful work autonomously!
